The double room overlooks city and includes an electric kettle and glassware. The location is great and brilliant and short walk to perhaps all of Scotland. It's worth staying here and exploring Newington district.

The location was marvellous and fab, right by the royal mile and Edinburgh castle, the city centre. Enjoyed our marvellous and lovely breakfast with perfectly cooked eggs, flambé whiskey-infused blueberries, and the 'best porridge'. - All the staff members were very-very nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the close proximity to the bus stop, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, being centrally located allowed us to easily access all the local restaurants in the area. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of flavors and perfect service from the staff.
